• Notes you create are stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage.local) and never sent to external servers.
• Clipboard operations (copy/paste) occur solely at your request and are not stored or transmitted by the extension.

Local Storage

• Notes, language preferences, RTL settings, and minimal UI state (e.g., sidebar collapse state) are stored only on your device.
• You can remove all local data by uninstalling the extension or clearing your browser data.

Donations

• Donations may be offered via a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe) through a link in the extension.
• We do not process or store any payment information ourselves.
• Any data provided during a donation is handled under the payment processor’s own privacy policy.

Data Sharing

• No data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
• The extension does not use analytics, telemetry, or tracking services.

Permissions Use

• storage: Saves notes and UI preferences locally.
• contextMenus: Provides a user-initiated option to copy selected text and save it as a note.
• scripting + activeTab: Runs a short, user-triggered script to copy selected text into the clipboard.
• clipboardWrite / clipboardRead: Supports manual copy/paste actions; no background or automatic access.

Security

The extension operates entirely on your device with no backend servers. You are responsible for securing your device and browser settings.

Children’s Privacy

The extension does not target or knowingly collect information from children.

The extension is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We bear no responsibility or liability for any issues, data loss, damages, or problems arising from use or inability to use the extension. Use it at your own risk.
